At Flying H Ranch, we offer quarter, half, or whole beef, giving you the flexibility to stock your freezer with grass-fed beef tailored to your preferences. The cost is $6.00 per pound based on hanging weight and includes cut and wrap. You’ll work with our local USDA processor to customize your cuts, including steaks, roasts, and ground beef.
