Upon completion of checkout, receipt received and cut sheet submitted. Flying H Ranch will contact you within 72 hours about your Harvest Date and/or any additional questions.
When your beef is ready we’ll give you a call and you can come pick it up in Smithfield, Utah or Downey, Idaho.

WHOLE STEER: Average cost is $4,200-$5,600.00 and will yield about 600-800 pounds of meat. This will take up 11 cubic feet of freezer space.
HALF STEER: Average cost is $2,100-$2,800.00 and will yield about 300-400 pounds of meat. This will take up 5.5 cubic feet of freezer space.
QUARTER STEER: Average cost is $1,050.00-$1,400.00 and will yield about 150-200 pounds of meat. This will take up 2.75 cubic feet of freezer space.
