Refund policy
- Due to the nature of our product, we cannot take returns back into our shipment facility. If you feel a product you received does not meet our guarantee, please contact us at flyinghranchbeef@gmail.com within 30 days of the receipt of your product, and our team will gladly assist you in beginning the refund/review process.
The review process will take no longer than 14 days from the date of initiation. Once a review has been completed a store credit will be issued within 48 hours.
