Product Description: 1 pound of ground PRIMAL Burger Blend cryovac sealed. Our PRIMAL Burger Blend is composed of a 60:20:20 lean to fat to organ ratio. (The 20% organ blend is composed of 60% heart, 25% liver, 15% kidney).
Cooking: PRIMAL Burger Blend cooks the same way as our regular grass-fed ground beef. This is one of the best and easiest ways possible to get the nutritional benefits of organ meats in your diet. We have been experimenting with this blend to find the best preparation methods. With toppings and sauces, nobody will know the difference from regular ground beef. We have found once clients tried the PRIMAL Burger Blend they prefer it over regular ground beef. But If you like the rich taste of organs, then season less than you would normally.
